6、 Installation and maintenance instructions
a. There should be a certain space around the signal gate valve for easy installation, maintenance, and operation;
b. During transportation and installation of signal gate valves, violent collisions should be avoided as much as possible to prevent damage to the sealing surface and micro switches, which may affect their sealing performance and the normal operation of the electrical signal system;
c. Do not disassemble or adjust the signal gate valve before and after installation;
d. After the installation of the signal gate valve, the valve plate should be fully opened and the inner cavity of the pipeline should be flushed clean before the pipeline undergoes a sealing pressure test. Otherwise, it may cause the valve plate to not close tightly. The closed or open state should be locked.
